2. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
- Prices will be confirmed at the time of booking. Any additional charges, such as waiting time or extra stops, may apply.
- Payments can be made online or directly to the driver as agreed during booking.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup.
- Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may attract a cancellation fee.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Service Conditions
- Our drivers will make every effort to arrive on time. However, 1300 Cabs Airport is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.
- It is the passenger’s responsibility to allow enough travel time, especially for airport transfers.
- Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times and comply with driver instructions for safety.
5. Luggage and Personal Belongings
- Standard luggage allowances apply. If you are travelling with excess baggage, please inform us when booking.
- We take no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings during the journey.
6. Conduct of Passengers
- Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and vehicles.
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- The company reserves the right to refuse service if a passenger’s behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
7. Liability
- 1300 Cabs Airport and RAMAN AUS PTY LTD are not responsible for any indirect loss, missed flights, or damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the booking made.
8. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
- Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
