At 1300 Cabs Airport, we value your time and understand that plans may change. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are managed for our services, including Airport Transfers, Corporate Transfers, and Tours Service.
1. Cancelling a Booking
- If you wish to cancel a booking, please notify us as early as possible.
- Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup will not attract any cancellation fee.
- For cancellations made within 12 hours of the pickup time, a cancellation fee may apply to cover driver allocation and scheduling costs.
2. No-Show Policy
If the passenger is not present at the agreed pickup location and time, and no prior notice is given, the booking will be treated as a no-show. In this case, the full fare may be charged, and no refund will be issued.
3. Refunds
- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Approved refunds are usually issued within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will not be available for completed trips or services already provided.
4. Service Issues
If you face an unexpected issue during your trip (such as vehicle breakdown or service disruption caused by us), we will either arrange an alternative vehicle or provide a full refund for the affected service.
5. Changes to Bookings
- Changes to pickup time, location, or service type may be made depending on driver availability.
- Please contact our team as early as possible if you need to make changes.
